I’m Dr. Nicole Lippman, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and creates science-based mental health education for both professionals and the public.
My work focuses on translating psychological research into practical tools people can actually use to improve their mental health.
What Our Practice Offers
I focus on translating high-quality, evidence-based research—especially in the area of nutritional psychology—into accessible, practical information for the public. After more than a decade of conducting psychotherapy, one thing has become clear: there is still a significant gap between what the science says about mental health and what most people know and understand to be true. My mission is to help close that gap—by offering grounded, compassionate, and accessible guidance that empowers people to understand their minds, support their health, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives.
Evidence-Based CBT Therapy
I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, BDD, OCD, and related concerns using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Therapy is available for children, adolescents, and adults.
Educational Resources
I offer courses and trainings that translate psychological research into practical knowledge for professionals and everyday people.
